Everything good

My service rep was professional and pleasant to deal with. This was my second visit after purchasing my car. Also the visit was prompt for oil change and tire rotation.

It was great from start to finish. Victor Andrade made the appointment for us. They were ready for me when I got to the dealership. My husband no longer drives so couldn’t take me home and back, so a Lyft was provided. No problems at all!

Service dept was great. Very accommodating and helpful. Quality of work was exceptional.

Edward was a no pressure salesman.

Everything went smoothly

Our plans were to make Coulter our first stop in the search for a new car. We were impressed with our salesperson Yvanna, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. When we came to pick up the car, Yvanna patiently explained the technology to us. We also want to mention Eli, who helped us through the process of financing. Not one time did we feel coerced into buying anything unnecessary, which would have led us to another dealership. We could have leased a care anywhere, but we stayed with Coulter because of Yvanna and Eli.
