I've been here several times and everyone is always super nice. After I've checked in, I always get a message (text) that indicates I'll get updates about my vehicle. After I had been there over 3 and I/2 hours, I finally texted and asked how much longer it would be. I got a call back and come to find out, apparently the brakes they had in stock weren't the right ones for my car. They had to get them from a shop in the area apparently. It was another 45 minutes after that that I was able to leave. I know they offer Uber so you don't have to wait and I did it for the first time on my previous appointment. But the drivers were crazy and I vowed I would not do that again so that's why I waited. I also wish that perhaps GMC would offer a 'car care' type of cc so I could pay with that. Between my regular maintenance and brakes I spent close to $2000 in a couple of months. Not to mention getting 4 tires through Firestone. At least I could put that purchase on the Firestone cc and make interest free payments over 6 months.

It was the best car buying experience I have had. My sales person, Boston, and the sales manager were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I am also thankful to the finance personnel for assisting us with finding the best warranty given our driving trends. I was impressed with my overall experience. It was the first time I was ever at a Buick dealership. I will definitely keep Buick in mind for future purchases. Kudos to your team!

Excellent communication and efficient. They are also very accommodating and the service there is very fast. Love that they stick to the appointment time cause alot of places schedule u for a certain time and ur car just sits for hrs until they actually get to it. Coulter services starts working on ur car when u drop it off on time so u dont have to wait all day for something to get done.

Took my Yukon in for service for an oil leak and even though I had a scheduled appt for Monday, the service advisor mentioned that it wouldn't of been able to be looked at until Wednesday! Um ok... and then they had my car for another 12 days troubleshooting and fixing the issue. Only saving grace was that they offered me a rental car. This was my 1st time getting the yukon serviced there and I hear service is aboit the same with any GMC dealership. Somewhat disappointed as I would 'think' gmc would have best in class service.

You’re sales associate Nick Lenzen was very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the Buick Invista. We also met his mgr & the finance dept made the process easy
