I have been using Coulter GMC Buick ever since my 2018 GMC Sierra was new. In the beginning, I had the same service advisor for several years. He suddleny left, and since then it has been someone new every time. This is fine, but it seems that the service staff has not been that friendly as they used to be, The work still gets done fine but the atmosphere has changed?

I told Mike the type of truck, color, double cab and 4x4 drive that I wanted. He found one in less than 30 minutes. We started working on the purchase but paperwork on my side held up the transaction. I was happy with the way things worked out for me. I bought the truck!!!
