The initial process to purchase the new vehicle went well but follow up on items listed below I have not been updated by the salesperson after multiple attempts requesting updates. I'm a return buyer at this dealership and returned because of my first buying experience. It seems the follow up and response declined rapidly which is why this less than positive review. Items pending: Scheduled service to remove my Diamondback bed cover from the traded truck to my new truck. The salesperson mentioned he would schedule with the service department and notify me. I have not received the second set of keys for the new vehicle. I was informed by the salesperson these were located at the other dealership location, he would retrieve and contact me. I added an extended warranty to the vehicle, two separate plans, never received a brochure or additional information for my reference the details on what is actually covered. I was briefed an overview during signing of documents by finance but should receive details on each program. Not sure I received all paperwork documentation from finance. My experience in the past was all documentation usual provided in a folder for organizational purposes. The finance person had problems with the printer but need to confirm I received everything, I don't believe so. I understand people get busy, all I was asking for was an update and estimate when the items above were going to be scheduled to close out my purchase.

I was so pleased to get into Coulter days before most other dealerships could offer me. They fixed a couple things...inspected a couple things...and made arrangements to follow-up on a recall issue. Brian was fantastic. Communication was great and he was very friendly.
